What were some of the problems Disunia had with enforcing agreements?
- Nova Jory, specifically, refused to pay their dues of $100 when declaring war against Pandea.
How did the President help or hinder agreements?
- The President did not pass any bills, which could seriously hinder any progress.
- The President was merely an onlooker as Congress battled the ideas out. The only thing she/he did was look over bills and pass and/or not pass them, and ask for votes.
3. What could be done to help Disunia function better?
- If a bill has been passed, you must pay the amount needed and doing so is mandatory. A strict punishment should be implemented to force people to pay their taxes.
